Arvind Kejriwal Faces Fresh HC Notice In ED Appeal

Arvind Kejriwal received a fresh notice from the Delhi High Court on ED’s plea challenging his acquittal in 2 cases linked to the excise policy matter. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma noted the earlier notice was not served as per registry records. The ED said the notice was issued on April 1, but no appearance has been entered on Kejriwal’s behalf in the case.
