Kejriwal Seeks Delhi HC Case Transfer To Impartial Bench

AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal and other accused in the excise policy case have requested the Delhi HC Chief Justice to transfer their case from Justice Swarn Kanta Sharma. The leaders, including Manish Sisodia, urged assignment to an “impartial” bench, citing the need for fairness, according to a statement issued by the Aam Aadmi Party.
