Police have registered a case after an email threatened a suicide bomb attack on Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu during the Republic Day function in Shimla. The mail warned of a “human bomb” if the CM unfurls the flag. Security has been tightened, and efforts are underway to trace the sender and ensure public safety.
