Actor Vijay Antony, surprised earlier by Gen-Z terms, now produces ‘Pookie,’ a bilingual rom-com renamed ‘Bookie’ in Telugu after backlash. The pooja was held in Hyderabad with stars like Satya Dev and Lakshmi Manchu. Starring Ajay Dhishan and debutant Dhanusha, the film is set for a 2026 release under VAF Corporation.
