The IMD said heatwave conditions across northern and central India will ease from today, with rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds forecast in states including Delhi, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh. Temperatures may drop by 2-3°C. Skymet said a cyclonic system will bring showers until April 30, offering relief, with hailstorms likely in some regions.
