IRCTC’s online ticketing system witnessed record traffic during 2025-26, with Railways’ digital booking arm reporting increased daily reservations. To ensure a fair booking experience, IRCTC deactivated 3.03 crore suspicious user IDs and placed 6.05 crore accounts under revalidation. The corporation also blocked 13,343 suspicious email domains during the year.
