India’s Civil Aviation Ministry has asked IndiGo to reduce 10% of its flights to curb rising cancellations. IndiGo will still operate all routes while following the reduction. Minister Ram Mohan Naidu confirmed that refunds for affected flights up to December 6 are complete and said the cut will help stabilize operations.
