A 28-year-old man named Chiranjeevi was arrested in Karnataka for murdering his girlfriend, Trupti, 26, in front of her 2.5-year-old daughter. After being ignored for two months, Chiranjeevi confronted Trupti at her home and fatally stabbed her. He then disposed of her body in a nearby lake. The couple previously had an extramarital relationship, which ended when Trupti decided to return to her husband.
