Delhi Police Submit 14,000-Page Chargesheet In Breach Case

Delhi Police’s Special Cell filed a nearly 14,000-page fourth supplementary chargesheet in the 2023 Parliament breach case under UAPA and IPC sections. Submitted in Patiala House Court, it details conspiracy, terror acts and evidence destruction. The defence objected, calling it abuse of process. The court sought hard copies and posted further hearing for May 29.
