In Uttar Pradesh’s Raksa area, 38-year-old Sheela Devi allegedly hanged herself after being distressed by her 13-year-old son’s smartphone and gaming addiction. Despite repeated pleas to study, he continued excessive screen use. Police said she died at a hospital, and preliminary investigations cite her son’s addiction as the reason.
