Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Rajasthan has been cancelled following a fire at the HPCL refinery in Balotra district. The Prime Minister was scheduled to dedicate the refinery to the nation today. However, the Chief Minister’s Office confirmed the cancellation due to the accident. An investigation is underway to determine the cause.
