Heatwave Tightens Grip On AP As Temperatures Soar

Temperatures are rising sharply across Andhra Pradesh as a strong heatwave grips the state. Kurnool district recorded the highest temperature at 39.6°C, while several regions including Nandigama, Nandyal, Kadapa, and Tirupati saw mercury levels cross 38°C. Coastal areas such as Vizag, Tuni, and Kavali reported temperatures about 2°C above normal.
