Grain production in Telangana has tripled in three years, but storage facilities remain inadequate. To address this, the TG government is building 26 new warehouses, including 12 with state funds and 14 supported by NABARD. A total of ₹295.68 crore is being invested to create godowns with a combined storage capacity of 2.91 lakh tonnes.
