Coal Production In Singareni Halt Due To Heavy Floodwater

Due to the impact of ‘Cyclone Montha,’ heavy rains have been lashing the entire Khammam district in Telangana since last night. Heavy rains have disrupted traffic in Khammam, Paleru, Bhadrachalam, and Sathupalli. Coal production in Singareni has come to a standstill due to heavy floodwater entering the Manuguru and Sathupalli open casts.
