IndiGo Refutes ‘Worst Airline’ Ranking In AirHelp Report 2024

Low-cost airline IndiGo refuted claims made in the ‘AirHelp Score report 2024,’ which ranked it 103rd out of 109 airlines, calling it one of the world’s worst. The report also placed Air India at 61st and AirAsia at 94th. IndiGo responded by citing monthly data from India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on airline punctuality and customer complaints.
