IPS Officer Leading CIB Probe Against CM Chandrababu Suspended

The Andhra Pradesh govt suspended senior IPS officer N Sanjay, ex-CID Chief, for alleged conduct violations under Rule 3(1) of the All India Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, 1969. A 1993-batch officer, he faced allegations of irregularities while heading the State Disaster Response and Fire Services. Sanjay has been directed to remain at the headquarters.
