Muslims across India are celebrating Eid al-Adha, popularly known as Bakrid, with faith. The festival is being marked through special prayers, charity and traditional rituals symbolizing sacrifice. Large gatherings were witnessed at mosques and Eidgahs as devotees offered Namaz. In some regions, the festival celebrations had already commenced a day earlier.
