Central Govt To Take Up 21 Bills In Winter Session

A total of 21 bills, including two financial bills, are likely to be discussed during the upcoming Winter Session of the Parliament.

“We are bringing in 19 bills and two more financial items. There are a total of 21 bills. Three of them are from the Home Ministry. Prahlad Joshi, Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, stated that a bill regarding Central University’s constitutional order was in the works. The list was made public on Saturday when an all-party meeting was taking place. The meeting took place before to Monday’s start of the Winter Session. Among the important bills that the Parliament will consider this session are the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and the Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam.
