Hyderabad’s Regional Meteorological Centre has forecast widespread moderate to heavy rainfall across Telangana today. An yellow alert has been issued in several districts including Peddapalli, Bhupalapalli, Mulugu, Bhadradri, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapeta, Mahabubabad and Nagarkurnool. Officials warn of thunderstorms, lightning and winds reaching 30-40 kmph.
