The CBI on Friday arrested Uday Kumar, senior GM of Power Grid Corporation, for allegedly accepting a ₹2.5 lakh bribe from a KEC International executive to favor the company. Kumar, based in Ajmer, was arrested in Sikar alongside Suman Singh. The FIR names five individuals and KEC International as accused.
