Goods Train Derailed In AP’s Penukonda, Relief Efforts Underway

A goods train was derailed today at Makkajupalli Thanda of Penukonda Mandal in the Satyasai district of AP. Rail traffic was halted after two wheels of an empty goods train heading from Guntakal to Bengaluru lost control in the middle. Railway staff took steps to put the wheels of the goods train on the tracks with the help of a crane.
