Finance Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Will Present Budget For 2024–25

Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka will present the state budget today, February 10, 2024. Bhatti Vikramarka, who is also the current Finance Minister, will present the Telangana Budget for 2024–25.

It is known that the budget session of the Telangana Assembly and Council began on February 8 with the Governor’s address. However, the budget session will be held until Tuesday, February 13, and Bhatti Vikramarka will present the vote on the account budget today.

In fact, Bhatti Vikramarka will present the Telangana Budget for the first time as the Telangana Finance Minister. Interestingly, this is the first time that a MLA from Khammam district is getting this great opportunity.

Bhatti Vikramarka is one of the top Congress leaders in Telangana and was elected MLA for the first time in 2009. Bhatti became the Chief Whip in 2009 and was also elected as Deputy Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly on June 4, 2011. He was elected as an MLA from Madhira Constituency in 2014, 2018, and 2023.
