3G & 4G Services Launched During Manmohan’s Tenure

Former PM Manmohan Singh introduced several key reforms during his 10-year tenure. The mobile technology revolution gained momentum under his leadership with the launch of 3G and 4G services. The UPA govt also initiated the process of direct cash transfers (DBT) into Aadhaar-linked bank accounts of beneficiaries under various schemes.
