The Telangana government is planning reforms in electricity department recruitment. Until now, Genco, Transco, and the two DISCOMs issued separate notifications, causing confusion. To streamline the process, a common notification is being considered for all four bodies. Also, the TG govt aims to fill 3,000 vacant posts in the power sector soon.
