Big Shock To Jio, Airtel & VI: BSNL Sees Surge Of 2.9 Million New Users

In the first week of July this year, top private telecom companies Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea increased their prices by 10-27%. As a result, Airtel lost 1.6 million users, Vodafone Idea lost 1.4 million, and Jio saw a decline of 750,000 subscribers. Meanwhile, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) reported that BSNL gained 2.9 million new subscribers during the same period.
