Apply For Marriage, Birth Certificates via WhatsApp In Delhi

Delhi citizens can soon apply for marriage, birth, and caste certificates, as well as driving licences, via WhatsApp. The government’s new “WhatsApp Governance” will use an AI chatbot to help users apply, upload documents, and get updates. Services will support Hindi and English, and CSCs will assist offline users for a small fee.
