Apple Sues Oppo Over Trade Secret Theft, Poaching

Apple sued Oppo, accusing the Chinese smartphone maker of poaching Apple Watch engineer Chen Shi and encouraging him to steal trade secrets. Shi allegedly downloaded 63 confidential documents on health-sensing technology before joining Oppo. Oppo denies wrongdoing, saying it respects trade secrets and will cooperate with the legal process to clarify the facts.
