WhatsApp is preparing to bring a new profile customization feature that allows users to add a cover photo, similar to Facebook and LinkedIn. Until now, users could only set a profile picture, but the update will enable a larger background image behind it. Currently under development, the feature is expected to reach beta testers in the coming weeks.
