India is conducting the tri-service drill ‘Exercise Trishul’ across Gujarat and Rajasthan, including the sensitive Sir Creek region, to sharpen joint operations of the Army, Navy and Air Force. It will validate multi-domain (land-sea-air) readiness, test indigenous weapons, and signal deterrence along the western border with Pakistan.
