FIFA announced the full schedule for the 2026 World Cup after the draw in Washington DC. Defending champions Argentina open on June 16 against Algeria. The 48-team event features 12 groups, with hosts USA, Canada and Mexico placed in different groups. Match dates, venues and knockout rounds were confirmed, leading to the final on July 19.
