Pakistan Super League 2026 introduces a new rule: team captains must submit two different XIs at the toss. After the toss, one lineup is finalised. In the season opener, Lahore Qalandars scored 199, beating Hyderabad Kingsmen by 69 runs. Fakhar Zaman made 53 and Haseebullah Khan 40, giving Qalandars a strong start to the season.
