CSK Calls Dropping Jadeja ‘Tough Decision’ In Samson Trade

CSK MD Ravishankar Viswanathan called the decision to drop Ravindra Jadeja as part of the trade deal for Sanju Samson very tough. He said letting go of Jaddu, a key contributor to CSK’s successes, and Sam Curran, a consistent performer, was necessary to strengthen Team India’s top-order batting. The decision was made after consulting both players.
