The manner in which KL Rahul was dismissed in the ongoing first Test against Australia was controversial. Rahul tried to play the ball which came offside in the over bowled by Starc. The Aussie players appealed as they approached the bat. The Aussies took a review as the field umpire gave out. It is not clear that the bat was touched in the review. But, the third umpire declared KL out.
