The BCCI has formally requested ACC chief Mohsin Naqvi to return the Asia Cup trophy to India after it was withheld post-final. India declined to accept it from Naqvi, sparking major backlash. Terming his behavior unsportsmanlike, BCCI warned that if the issue remains unresolved, it will escalate the matter to the International Cricket Council (ICC).
