The Delhi High Court has postponed hearing Gautam Gambhir’s plea for protection of his name, image, and voice from digital impersonation, deepfakes, and unauthorized commercial use. The former cricketer seeks a permanent ban, damages, and removal of misleading content across social media and e-commerce. The matter will now be heard on March 23.
