Former Indian all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin has announced his retirement from the IPL, posting, “My journey as an IPL player is over.” He played 221 matches and took 187 wickets, representing Chennai Super Kings, Punjab Kings, Delhi Capitals, Rajasthan Royals, and Pune Warriors. Ashwin had earlier retired from all international cricket formats.
