World Bank Delegation Inspects Srisailam Dam, Sanctions ₹103 Crores For Repairs

A high-level delegation from the World Bank visited the Srisailam Dam in Nandyal district of Andhra Pradesh. During the visit, they discussed several issues, including the pit formed at the plunge pool below the gates, the approach road, dam gates, and measures to prevent landslides. The World Bank also approved the allocation of ₹103 crores for repairs to the project under Phase 1.
