A 34-year-old woman filed a complaint against Karnataka Congress MLA Vinay Kulkarni accusing him of rape, kidnapping, and criminal intimidation. The complainant, a social worker, alleged Vinay Kulkarni obtained her contact details through an acquaintance. She claimed his interactions turned inappropriate, with him allegedly making sexually explicit remarks and video-calling her while naked.
