Union Home Minister Amit Shah has stated that India will be free from Naxalism by March 31, 2026. He mentioned that several states have already been liberated from Naxalism, with only two districts in Chhattisgarh remaining Naxal-affected. Shah also claimed that the BJP’s recent electoral victory will further strengthen efforts to combat Naxalism.
