Lalu Prasad Yadav Moves SC In land-for-jobs Corruption Case

RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav has approached the Supreme Court challenging the Delhi High Court’s refusal to quash the CBI case in the alleged land-for-jobs scam. The High Court earlier dismissed his plea as meritless. The case involves accusations of exchanging land for railway jobs during his tenure as Union Railway Minister.
