MLC Parvathareddy Gets Injured After Car Hits Lorry In AP’s Nellore
The Nellore East Rayalaseema MLC's car collided with a lorry in the Dagdarthi area of the Nellore district while en route from Vijayawada to Nellore city.
A member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council (MLC), Parvathareddy Chandrasekhar Reddy, got serious injuries after his car hit a lorry in the Nellore district of AP. The Nellore East Rayalaseema MLC’s car collided with a lorry in the Dagdarthi area of the Nellore district while en route from Vijayawada to Nellore city.
In the tragic road incident, MLC Parvathareddy’s personal assistant (PA), Venkateswarlu, died on the spot, and the car’s driver also sustained serious injuries. According to the local people, the teachers MLC Parvatha Reddy, who was traveling in a car, hit a container lorry parked near Regadichelika in Nellore district at high speed.
The Police Inspector Srinivas Rao said that the MLC’s car met with an accident, his secretary died on the spot, and the driver and MLC sustained injuries. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision, and the MLC was promptly shifted to Nellore Apollo Hospital. The doctors said that the MLC is out of danger and that his health condition is stable now.
Mr. Chandrasekhar Reddy, who belongs to the ruling YSRCP and hails from Chillakuru in Tirupati district, secured a majority of 1,055 votes over his TDP-backed candidate, Pokki Babu Reddy.
