Mithun Chakraborty Faces Legal Action Over Provocative Remarks

A case has been filed against popular actor Mithun Chakraborty by the Police in Kolkata. The police allege that Mithun made provocative remarks during a BJP meeting in Bengal’s North 24 Parganas district on Oct 27. Mithun stated, “After the 2026 Bengal polls, the seat of power in the state will be won by the BJP. To achieve this goal, everything will be done by the ranks of the BJP.”
