Afghanistan Earthquake: 800 Dead, 2,500 Injured, India Offers Aid

A 6.3 magnitude earthquake struck eastern Afghanistan near Jalalabad at 11:47 pm, killing over 800 and injuring around 2,500. Most casualties were in Kunar province.
