PM Modi To Skip General Debate At UN General Assembly

PM Modi will skip the General Debate at the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). The annual session begins on Sept 9, with the debate starting from Sept 23 to 29. Earlier, it was decided that PM Modi would speak on Sep 26, but now India’s External Affairs Minister (EAM), Dr S Jaishankar, will address the session on Sep 27.
