GHMC Plans Stricter Law To Enforce Single-Use Plastic Ban

Despite the ban, single-use plastic is still commonly seen across Greater Mumbai. In response, GHMC officials are planning to amend the existing law for stricter enforcement. Proposals have already been sent to the government, and once approved, the revised law will ensure a complete ban on single-use plastic to curb environmental damage.
