NDA Plans ‘Six MLAs Per Minister’ Formula For Bihar Cabinet Formation

After its sweeping Bihar victory, the NDA has set a cabinet formula allocating one ministerial post for every six MLAs, say sources. The BJP may get 15–16 berths, JDU around 14, and smaller allies one to three each. While the swearing-in date is pending, leaders have backed Nitish Kumar to continue as chief minister.
