Visakhapatnam is all set to welcome a new Grade-1 IT park in Madhurawada IT Hills, as the AP government allocates 30 acres to Visakha Reality Private Ltd. The project, spanning three phases, will feature 3 million square feet of office space with an investment of ₹2,200 crore, creating 30,000+ job opportunities in IT and education sectors across the state.
