A petition challenging the increase in divisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has been filed in the TG High Court. The plea, filed by Vinay Kumar, alleges that the state govt ignored public objections during the re-division process. Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy took up the matter for hearing, and further proceedings are awaited on the issue.
