A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking the lifting of the ban on fireworks in Delhi. The case also addressed the manufacture and sale of green crackers. The Centre urged the court to permit fireworks for at least two days during Diwali. After hearing all arguments, the court has reserved its verdict.
