Diwali Gift: Free LPG Connections For Women Under ‘PM Ujjwala Yojana’

In a piece of great news, the central government is providing new free LPG gas connections to women as a Diwali gift. On Diwali day, free LPG cylinders will be given to all beneficiaries under the ‘Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana’ scheme. Arrangements are being made ahead of Diwali to ensure that beneficiaries can access this scheme in time. This initiative was launched by PM Modi in 2016.
